Find quick answers to the most common questions about our waterproofing services, process, and coverage area.

Difference between sheet and liquid membranes?

Sheet membranes are pre-formed waterproofing layers laid in rolls with joints or seams, requiring careful installation and skilled labour, while liquid membranes are applied as a liquid coating that cures into a seamless layer, making them easier to apply and better suited for complex shapes but dependent on proper application for durability.

Yes, every job comes with a 7-year written workmanship warranty. If something goes wrong because of our work, we come back and fix it. No hassle.

Waterproofing typically takes 1 to 3 days for small areas like bathrooms or balconies, while larger areas such as roofs or basements may take 3 to 7 days or more, depending on surface preparation, drying/curing time, and weather conditions.

We collaborate closely with builders and developers by coordinating project timelines, following specifications and drawings, conducting site inspections, and ensuring all waterproofing work meets industry standards, while maintaining clear communication to deliver the project efficiently and on schedule.

We mainly work across Sydney, the Central Coast, Newcastle and the Hunter region. If you’re a bit further out, feel free to get in touch anyway. We’re happy to travel for the right job.

If water ingress has already occurred, we first identify and fix the source of the leak, then repair any damaged areas and apply a suitable waterproofing system to prevent future issues, ensuring the surface is properly sealed and protected.
