All services are carried out in accordance with relevant Australian Standards and industry best practices.

Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are provided based on information available at the time.
• Quotes may be subject to change if site conditions differ from initial assessment.
• Quotes are valid for a limited time unless otherwise stated.
• Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to proceed with the work.

Workmanship Warranty

• We provide a written workmanship warranty on every job.
• This warranty covers defects arising from our workmanship only.
• The warranty does not cover:
  
  • Structural movement
  • Third-party damage
  • Improper use or maintenance
  • Work not completed by us
• If a failure occurs due to our workmanship, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the issue
• Allow safe and reasonable access to the site
• Ensure the work area is clear and ready
• Notify us of any known structural or water issues

Compliance & Standards

All work is:

• Completed to relevant Australian Standards
• Fully documented where required
• Installed using certified systems (including Ardex and Fatra where applicable)

Scheduling & Delays

• We aim to meet agreed timelines; however, delays may occur due to:
  • Weather conditions
  • Site readiness
  • Material availability
• We are not liable for delays outside our control.

Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice.
• Late payments may result in delays or additional charges.
• Full payment is required upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden structural defects

Intellectual Property
